Solo Institute is the carrying of the risk and crisis discipline into the age of sustainability.
Field · Incident CommandThe experts of Solo Institute began their careers in decision-making roles on subjects that demand both technical skill and field experience — emergency management, business continuity, risk analysis. That journey reached from the gas and energy sector to finance, from heavy industry to textiles, from multinational corporations to United Nations agencies.
Today we direct the same discipline towards a new question: are organisations ready for the greatest transformation of the era — the sustainability transition?
The answer does not come from a place different than classical risk frameworks. Climate is a risk. Social impact is a risk. Supply-chain fragility is a risk. We specialise in the disciplined management of these new risks, in making them measurable and in translating them into applicable steps.
